Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I choose the right wall art for my home or workspace?

Think about the mood you want to create. My fine art prints bring a sense of calm, connection, and visual storytelling to a room. Choose a landscape that resonates with you — something that reflects your personality or reminds you of a place you love.

2. What makes your fine art prints different from standard photo prints?

Each piece is professionally printed on museum quality fine art paper using archival inks, ensuring rich tones and longevity. These prints are printed on demand and created to be treasured — not mass-produced posters.

3. Are your prints available in different sizes?

Yes, most prints are available in a range of standard sizes from A4 to A1. If you’re looking for something specific, I’m happy to discuss custom sizing options to suit your space.

4. Do you offer framing options?

Framing is not included as standard, but I can provide framing recommendations or organise custom framing on request. Each print comes unframed and ready to be mounted or framed to your taste.

5. How should I style your prints in my home?

My work complements clean, modern interiors, coastal homes, and spaces that value calm and connection. Pair one large statement piece above a sofa or bed, or group smaller prints together for a gallery wall with personality.

6. How are your prints packaged and shipped?

Each print is carefully handled and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Smaller prints are shipped flat with protective backing, while larger sizes are rolled and sent in sturdy, acid-free tubes. All packaging is designed to protect the fine art paper and preserve the print’s surface texture and quality during transit.

Each order is handled with care and includes a 100% DAMAGE FREE GUARANTEE. My printer will gladly replace your prints if they are delivered damaged. Simply send a photo of the damaged prints and parcel and your order number and I will get a replacement printed straight away.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I ship worldwide using reliable courier services. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Further details are provided here.

8. How long will it take to receive my print?

Please allow up to two weeks for production and shipping within Australia. International orders may take a little longer, depending on customs and courier timeframes.

9. Can I request a custom print or commission?

Absolutely. If you love my style but have a specific destination or concept in mind, I offer bespoke commissions. Get in touch to discuss your ideas.

10. Where do you source your photography locations?

My work is inspired by travel and connection to place — from remote mountain ranges to quiet coastal scenes. Each image is captured on location, often at sunrise or sunset when the light is most atmospheric.

11. What inspired your interest in fine art travel photography?

I’ve always been drawn to the mood and beauty of natural landscapes. Photographing scenes that are so different from where I live allows me to share a sense of stillness, wonder, and discovery through my work.

12. Can I see your work in person before buying?

Yes! I often attend local markets and exhibitions where you can view and purchase prints directly. Follow me on Instagram or join my mailing list for upcoming event details.

13. What kind of paper and print process do you use?

Each fine art print is produced by my trusted professional printer, who has over 30 years of printmaking experience. Their expertise ensures every piece is printed to the highest standard — delivering gallery-quality wall art that’s both beautiful and long-lasting.

All prints are created using archival pigment printing on Ilford Galerie Textured Cotton Rag 310gsm, a premium fine art paper renowned for its slightly textured surface and traditional watercolour feel. This luxurious cotton rag stock pairs perfectly with 9-colour Epson pigment inks, producing outstanding tonal depth, colour accuracy, and fine detail.

The matte finish, warm white base, and superior durability of this paper make it ideal for photographic fine art prints. Each piece is designed to maintain its vibrancy and quality for over 50 years, offering true museum-grade longevity — the kind of craftsmanship respected by galleries, collectors, and interior designers alike.

Whether you’re choosing a piece for your home or office, you can trust that every print represents a careful balance of artistry, quality, and timeless design.

14. How should I care for my fine art print?

Keep your print out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Once framed, handle it carefully and dust gently with a soft cloth. Read Print Care for further information. If you’re unsure, your framer can provide additional care advice.

15. How true are the colours of the print to what I see on my screen?

Each print is professionally colour-managed to ensure the tones, depth, and detail are as close as possible to what you see online. However, minor variations can occur due to different screen calibrations and lighting conditions. The final product is printed with Epson archival pigment inks on Ilford Galerie Textured Cotton Rag 310gsm, providing exceptional colour accuracy and long-lasting vibrancy.

16. Can your prints be used in commercial spaces?

Yes — my fine art prints work beautifully in offices, hotels, and reception areas. They create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere while adding visual interest to your space.

17. Do you offer gift options?

Yes, fine art prints make thoughtful and lasting gifts. I can include a personalised note on request or help you choose a print that fits the recipient’s style or favourite destination. Contact me here to discuss.

18. How do I know which print will suit my interior?

If you’re unsure, feel free to send me a photo of your space. I’m happy to provide suggestions based on your colour palette, lighting, and room style.
